Spinosaurus Character Spawning Under the Map / Completely unable to move- Official Gondwa

I was about to play my Spinosaurus on Official Gondwa when I was suddenly disconnected from the server automatically. I understand that there is usually a waiting period before I can log back in, so I waited and tried again. However, when I successfully logged back in using my Spinosaurus, the game appeared to be glitched. I could not see my Spinosaurus, and it seemed like my character had spawned underneath the map or below the normal game environment. I was completely unable to move.
I tried logging out and back in several times, and even restarted my PC, but the problem remained.
I also tested my other dinosaurs on the same account and server, and they worked perfectly fine. This issue only happens when I select my Spinosaurus.
After how many hours this is my latest observation,
I also noticed that whenever I select my affected Spinosaurus, the loading process is unusually slow compared to my other dinosaurs, which load normally.

*Character appears to be underneath the map or outside the normal playable environment.
*Logging out and restarting PC does not resolve issue
*Spino was originally near cave in Whistling Columns but now Im in the center of the map (still under)
*Other dinosaurs work normally

My Spinosaurus should load normally into the game world, allowing me to see and control my character.
