Permenantly Bugged 'Collect Noxious Slime' Quest

On my Ceratosaurus, I seem to have a permenantly bugged quest for 'Collect Noxious Slime'
I can't accept that specific quest from the quest giver, bc it says I already have that quest accepted. But it doesn't show up in my quest tab.
When I kill a critter that gives noxious slime, I'm able to 'search' it from the body but not actually collect it to claim towards any quest.
I've since died, tried claiming different quests to complete, and even abandoning all my quests to see if it would reset something.
It kind of just makes that specific noxious slime quest forever unavailable to me and keeps me from getting quests at the quest giver pretty often.
I have no idea how I can fix this bug for my Cerato lol..

Can't accept/claim the 'noxious slime' quest or contribute to it at all.

To be able to accept my quests and contribute to them normally.
