Ping in the "Europe" Region

My friends and I play on the "Europe" region, and I've noticed that the ping there has been very high for the last 4 days. Usually, the ping there is 30–60, but as I said, it's gotten very high—you can see ping values of 300–400 in the video.

Nothing unusual happened; the game doesn't lag on its own, and I checked my internet connection—it's stable—but sometimes a yellow turtle pops up in the top-right corner, and then a red one appears, causing the game to crash. This shouldn't happen with a stable internet connection

I expect the developers to look into this issue and fix it; the ping should average 30–60, not nearly 400
