Having too many quests results in being able to pick up trophies while on cooldown
Description
If you have too many quests active in the quest menu (approximately 8 to 10), you will be able to pick up trophies while the trophy quest is on cooldown. This is bossible both from a body or as an item on the ground.
You will not get the trophy quest when you do this, but you can hold it until you can via clearing quests, as described below
If you clear out a quest, either from someone completing a group quest, a quest expiring, or abandoning a quest, and place the trophy down, you will be unable to pick it back up again, and the "trophy quest on cooldown" will appear again.

Expected Result
Trophies should be unable to be picked up while the trophy quest is on cooldown, regardless of how many quests you have
Steps to Reproduce
Turn in a trophy quest, including claiming rewards, and do following steps during 30 minute cooldown timer for the trophy quest
Acquire approximately 10 quests
When facing a trophy on the ground, pickup prompt will appear and work. When facing a dino body still containing a tropht, the "take trophy" prompt will appear and work.
Trophy quest will not appear, but you will be able to repeatedly pick up, drop, and hold the trophy until you clear enough quests to receive the trophy quest.
