I can't move after teleporting
Description
So far, I've encountered this bug on some community servers (443PvP, Juniper Arena DeathMatch). When this bug occurs, dinosaurs teleport while in a specific stance, and in some cases, the player affected by the bug has died.
The attached video is old, but this bug is still occurring.

Observed Result
When teleporting, on extremely rare occasions, some players would end up in the same posture they had when underwater and die due to a bug, while others would move at high speed or become unable to move.
Expected Result
Even when teleporting, you shouldn't end up in the same posture as when you're underwater.
Steps to Reproduce
Assume a diagonal position underwater, then teleport to land. (I've also attached a screenshot showing the character in a diagonal stance.)
In extremely rare cases, they may move while remaining in that position.
