Ability cooldown display bug after pulling down notification center on iOS / iPadOS
Description
On iOS / iPadOS, each time I pull down the notification center during an ability's cooldown, the displayed cooldown value increases, while the actual cooldown time stays the same.

Observed Result
On iOS / iPadOS, after pulling down the notification center while an ability is on cooldown, the displayed cooldown value increases. However, the actual cooldown time remains the same.
Expected Result
The displayed cooldown time should be consistent with the actual remaining cooldown time at all times
