Mobile typing with keyboard no longer functions

Upon a recent update (seemingly when the stegosaurus icon was shipped out) trying to type on a mobile device with a keyboard connected does not function correctly. Prior to this, it worked perfectly fine, and i am still able to type on other platforms a-ok. I have linked a video of the current outcome and expected outcome to compare.
