Achillobator cruel swipe damage

Currently achillobator cruel swipe is doing more damage than intended as far as I can tell from the patch notes.

The last patch to mention achillobator cs said the damage was reduced by 5 at adult.

Currently it is doing ~10 more damage than it was on 8/22 (when we tested achillobator damage last)

The first image (one blue line on graph) shows the damage cs is CURRENTLY doing

The second image show the dmg the achi cs was doing pre current patch

Dmg numbers were recorded initially on patpat, then on flights dmg testing server. Both reflect the same amounts.

Additional testing on officials was done and the same appears to be the case, although hard damage numbers were not able to be acquired
