Skin shedding message and progress indicator missing

After starting to shed into a newly purchased skin the skin progress message doesn't pop up. There is an older version of this bug from last year but it has reappered.

Changing skin on barsboldia doesn't shows the shedding process indicator. This has happened on multiple maps and not just to me but to my friend too. When going into the skin selection menu it shows that you are shedding because you can't shed immediatly again

After freshly changing a skin a message should be displayed by the map that how far the player is in shedding and an image of rhe previous and the current skin.
