Trophy Drops from Dino's Mouth after Taking Fall Damage

With a trophy in my dino's mouth, I crouched while walking off a ledge, then uncrouched just before hitting the ground. This caused me to take minor fall damage, but that instances of fall damage the dino took caused the trophy to fall from its mouth. This may be linked to the "flinch" or "hurt animation" having an effect on the 'pick up state' of the trophy.
