Unable to jump, invisible.

I was performing tasks in Snake Gully when suddenly, a Harthus pterosaur and another beaked-wing dinosaur attacked me. The beaked-wing dinosaur rushed towards me, and there were no buttons on my screen that I could use to try to knock it off. I also couldn’t jump away or fight back against the other Harthus pterosaur. Then, I told my friend over the phone to come and save me. After that, I ran towards the Home Cave. I managed to get out safely, and when I re-entered the game, I became invisible.My keyboard and mouse are still new—so it’s definitely not a problem with the hardware. This must be a game bug.
