An error occurred whilst attempting to access the ‘Panjura’ map

When trying to log in to the ‘Panjura’ map server, the first thing that happens is a long delay; the server is online but you get kicked off it and an error occurs

Observed Result
I haven’t noticed anything out of the ordinary that might have caused this error. My internet connection is working perfectly. I can access other maps
Expected Result
As the game is designed, I should be able to access all available maps in the game freely, without any problems
Steps to Reproduce
Launch the game and select ‘multiplayer’
Click on the very first card
It will take a very long time to find a server, and then you'll just get kicked off the server
