Waystone recharging icon not changing with the actual %
Description
The hoodo waystone (happened also with other waystones) can be recharged but we can't see the progression on the icon in the waystone menu. It's just a simple visual bug since the quest still works (we can completely restore the waystone).

Observed Result
The waystone icon in the waystone menu isn't updating like it should and stays stuck at one point like you can see on the clip.
Expected Result
The icon should update for each new % restored.

This bug doesn't happens when u do something particular. It sometimes happens when u're restoring a waystone, if you look in the menu the icon isn't showing the right %.
