Paid for skins are locked again

I have several skins on panjura that I've noticed are locked again. This has happened on multiple dinos but only on panjura. So far I've noticed it on my rex and chicken.. but haven't gone through all dinos to see

They just show locked when I've paid for them

I'd like to get my skins back
