Hustle/Ratout buffing movement abilities speed.
Description
This bug was supposedly patched months ago, as it was in patch notes and my bug report I made was marked as done (https://bugtracker.alderongames.com/bug/E98YXVVG92D9WZ1D). This bug is still a thing right now.
It could have gotten confused with the original hustle bug that was giving people burst of extra movement speed (this bug is a consistent increase to movement ability speed), as this bug became a thing right after that version of hustle bug was fixed.
This bug is also working with Rat out too as it increases trot speed for a short duration.
(I have all BT skins so if one is rewarded for this give it to 455-820-835)

Expected Result
hustle should only affect trot speed.
Steps to Reproduce
Apply hustle to a playable with a movement ability like bars, titan, berta, patchy, pycno, ect.
Use their movement ability. (We tested with 2 titans, one with hustle and the other without, at the same age as well)
