hunger icon not disappearing

The hunger icon does not disappear even if the player completes the feed me quest or dies. For the most part I have only noticed this issue when my character is the one with the issue. It leaves the hunger icon on the screen and on my map/hud. I do not believe this happens every time i get to the point of popping the hunger quest but it happens more often than not at this point.

The evidence i am providing is from 10/26/26 after my rex had the feed me quest and then i died in GP. As you can see from the screenshots, the icon is still present in GP where my character died and is still showing on my screen even though I am in Green Hills.

Even upon death or filling my food beyond the 80% threshold, the icon would persist. If i died, the icon would stay in the spot my character died. It would also be there if i opened the map.

I believe the icon would not be present upon the completion of the feed me quest or the death of the character that had the quest in the first place.
