Hunger indicator bug / cannot be removed
Description
If your partner—meaning someone you are in a group with—dies while having little food, a hunger icon remains at the exact spot where they died.
This icon does not disappear, even if you rejoin a group with that person (i.e., after reloading) or if you log out and log back in.
The icon is visible on the map and can be seen through any objects, regardless of where you are, which is very distracting.

Observed Result
When I was in a group of 2, my group mate died while he had the hungry status (neon green icon). After he died, his hunger icon stayed on my screen permanently. It stayed at his death location and was visible everywhere on the map. It did not disappear until I relogged. Server: Gondwa Official. My ID: 319-921-578
Expected Result
When a group member dies, his hunger icon should disappear from the other player's HUD. The icon should not stay permanently on screen.
Steps to Reproduce
Form a group with 2 players on Gondwa Official server
Wait until one group member gets the hungry status (neon green hunger icon appears)
Let the hungry group member die
Observe the HUD - the neon green hunger icon of the dead player stays permanently on the other player's screen, visible everywhere
The icon only disappears after relogging, it does not go away by itself
