Steps to Reproduce

Team up with your teammate.

When your teammate's hunger reaches the threshold where the feeding icon and prompt are shown.

You need to die, then stay still after respawning.

Finally, open the map and you will find that the teammate's hunger icon still remains at their position, even when you are no longer teamed up
