Twisted Forest Moth Cocoon Bug
Description
This week, playing on both Styracosaurus & Kentrosaurus I've had issues with both picking up and collecting Moth Cocoons in the Twisted Forest for the "Moth Cocoon" quest. I am unable to collect them off the branch, or even pick them up off of the branch.
However, upon safe logging out and back in on my Styracosaurus seems to fix it & I can pick up the cocoons despite not having the quest being the current zone quest.
. For Styracosaurus, this occurred during mid-adolescent stage.
. For Kentrosaurus, it occurred during my Juvenile stage. (Earlier this week)

Steps to Reproduce
. 1: Questing in area
. 2: Achieve around 40% zone quest completion.
. 3: Get Moth Cocoons quest.
. 4: Player is unable to collect Moth Cocoons
. 5: Player attempts multiple different Moth Cocoons in the area but is incapable of interacting with them.
. 6: Player performs a safe logoff.
. 7: Player logs back in immediately
. 8: Player can now pick up Moth Cocoons
