Bug where a the swim speed buff work/show up in the water only on land
Description
I ate a manta ray and the buff wouldn’t show it’s in when I’m in the water but shows when I get out of the water.

Observed Result
Just ate manta ray and I notice I didn’t get a buff, after exiting the water to kill critters for the quest I notice the buff pop up.
Expected Result
People will think the spino or buff are broken.

Eat a manta ray the swim speed buff doesn’t work till ur out of the water even tho its swim speed buff.
